i relapsed

i don't even know where to begin . i just. relapsed after like 15/16 days of being clean i feel so refreshed that i relapsed because the urges were bothering me really bad. but at the same time sad for myself. i seriously have no one to talk to about my self harm in real life.
i dont know who to vent to either

Same here... spent 8 weeks in the hospital then 10 weeks in rehab couple weeks after getting back home, my narcissistic bitch gf ditched me and I instantly jumped into a pool of meth, fent, and booze....I fucking loved her and it hurt how she did me but goddamn I did miss getting faded
