Help I need help finding a method from a post here

Hey everyone,

I've seen a method here while I was lurking a while ago, but I forgot to save it and I didn't take notes. I felt like it was my go-to method and I need help finding it!

It involved cutting off blood circulation to the brain while avoiding suffocation. You put 2 cloths, one on each side of your neck, and use some other thing that cranks around your neck as tight as possible. The post was super well-detailed, I think it also mentionned something about being a military method..?

Are you talking about the Night-Night method? Or maybe the ligature method?
