will starving myself better my chances of od'ing and guarantee my departure? I plan on using fent &' a good bottle of Hennessy mixed with some mirtazapine that I got today in an attempt to get opioids. I can't get my hands on anything else (still haven't gotten my hands on the fent I will work on it tonight at the bus station where i see a lot of homeless people)

I want to make sure I don't wake up when I do this &' that I won't just make myself brain dead. I am scared shitless but I think this is the most painless and peaceful way to go.

With your method of CTB, I don't think it matters much. Fetty is lethal either way. However, doing it on an empty stomach may be best because the drugs will kick in faster, as there's no food in your stomach to slow the absorption rate. Do make sure that the pills you get actually contain some sort of fetty though. If you're getting it from the streets it's definitely cut up with other random bullshit, or may not even have a lick of fent in them. Fent strips! (These only test for the presence of F though, not potency)

I was doing the same thing for the past year. Drinking every day starting in the mornings. I'd barely eat anything. I gained 30 pounds and I developed acute gastritis. I destroyed the lining of my stomach. It's the worse feeling in the world and you can't get away from it. It's constant. You're extremely nauseous all day. You're constantly throwing up. It's painful, as in your stomach feels like it's being stabbed. I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.

I had to take a month off work to let it heal.

So be careful with the drinking is my point.
Are you going to Iv the fent? That would definitely work if you are opiate naive. I'm not sure it'll work if you take it orally. It might. I'm just unsure.
