all the videos i watched ppl were like convulsing? how do i not do that or is there a way i can make it quiet so i dont get found?

would muscle relaxers help?

Quick search tells me the seizing is due to reduction in brain oxygen. Regardless of that, I don't think anything you can get without a serious prescription would touch the kind of spasming the body does upon dying...sometimes it's an autopilot self-defense thing you literally can't control.
