That's literally not the point. At least if you're unattractive you know when people like you for you. Being like this just makes everyone around me give a fuck because they think I'm hot.

I used to be really fat for a few years because medication that basically disabled any sense of fullness and people objectively treated me worse. Like, a lot worse. Rude from the get go without good reason. Was quite the eye-opener. People just suck tbh.

As someone who's never been that attractive all that may happen is that you'll find that if you have a decent personality some folk may still like you, just not so many.
Or, you might find that people just don't like you.
Either way you'll lose the minor pleasantries which attractive looking people benefit from.

As a woman when I was younger (starting to loose my looks) men only wanted me cause I was sexually attractive they never actually liked me . In some ways its nice getting older and loosing that so not so sexualized

People who are not conventionally attractive have their hardships and are treated worse by a lot of society, and people who are conventionally attractive also receive their own kind of shitty treatment. No need to make it a pain competition, or not much to gain from that rather.
No one likes to be objectified, it can overshadow all the other aspects that make you you in the eyes of others, even your own if you don't watch it. So I do take you seriously.
