Don’t try to offer me help, I’ve tried everything

Nothing is helping this morning. I feel like a hollow shell of a person and life feels far too overwhelming. I need to go on a walk to get coffee so I can burn some calories but I'm too physically weak and emotionally numb. I just want to ctb today but I don't have the energy to even do that. Fuck. God I can't do this anymore.
