You mean one of these things? If yes, I will ask nearby shops if they sell one of them. If no, can you send me a tree ratchet image that's better for ctb than this one I shared ?

Thanks so much for your replies, talking with you calmed me a bit.

If it's ok, may I start a conversation with you later? For now, I will go and search for one of them to buy
To avoid the bulky hooks you can get pull tight ones or ratchet style that both just have a length of strap.

I think they'd be somewhat easier and more comfortable to position and use than the hook type

As long as it puts out the same pressure this is a very good call thank you for adding
The ratchet ones would certainly guarantee the pressure, it's subjective how hard you could pull the orange ones yourself.

Definitely get hookless though if you buy ratchets, on the black one the webbing tail just passes through the ratchet mechanism then works just the same.

English isn't my native language, you mean I should buy black ones? And if they aren't available, buy orange ones?

Yes this is a very good call, my tree ratchet just arrived and the lock thing is way too bulky and heavy to comfortable use, thanks for adding

How do you think? Can I wrap something around these two jumping sticks, put them on left and right sides of neck, and wrap a cord around outside of sticks, tie and knot it as hard as possible to lose consciousness?

So, a cord is wrapped around neck tightly, below this cord two sticks with a padding? This way, cord will be raised a bit so to speak so no need to pull it so tight it will hurt my trachea

Yellow non woven fabric roll 500x500

Instead of socks, I can wrap this around sticks. As much as I want, I can increase their thickness!!! More thick = more pressure against neck when rope is tightened = no need to tighten ropes so hard my trachea will be hurt

The black ones would guarantee pressure as they ratchet.

The orange ones lock but only as tight as you can pull them.

I hope this is more understandable.

The others in previous post with hooks would be bulky and less easy to use

You could always try the orange type on your leg to feel how tight you can pull it.

With the night night method I believe maximum pressure isn't necessary as long as you have some padding of some sort on the carotids so they take all the side pressure.

It's certainly less risky to try it for 2 mins on your leg first.

Could you link the black ones? I can only find the orange ones but I wanna have both just to see which is better for me personally (also 20mm width should be fine right?) also the buckle seems quite heavy on the black one, will that be an issue? Couldnt that lead to the padding shifting?

Links aren't allowed here but I'll DM you now. It'll be the UK site. Let me know if you want help finding them in another country.
