I either kill myself quick or lose my mind I have panic attacks daily because of how miserable I feel

I also feel this way , I dread upcoming days and the thoughts that keep repeating in my head are making me insane, I'm 27 and already I want this pain to stop

I feel the same way every new day is another package of terrible mental pain which is absolutely unbearable.
I plan to calm down from now on and to accept that my life will end by suicide. Then some weeks later i will do it and die. I wanna do all this with a clear mind and not with a mind which is occupied my anxiety etc

Oh my god the thoughts!! What kind of thoughts you have mine is feeling poor a failure to be Something good in society feeling ugly low self worth compared to others I'm 26 it's really pain I live in terror everyday I literally can't bear another afternoon of this
