I don't have a request, but just wanted to voice more than my little heart reaction to the opening of the thread. It's people like you who actively try to spread good to those around them, in whatever form they can, that make this world a less horrible place. I generally am very misanthropic and pessimistic, and don't think very highly of most people (not in an arrogant way, I think, though, as I tend to think fairly poorly of myself as well). But I just wanted to say, I'm grateful that you are in this world, and that you are endeavouring to share your kindness with others.
I looked at your already substantial fish collection in the original Recovery thread. I'm generally by default impressed by anyone with artistic skills, because I struggle to draw even a stickman that can be recognized as such. But what struck me about your works is the level of care and detail you put into making each fish suit the person requesting it. There was one that jumped out where someone requested that you fishify a pet bird they had that had passed away. And I loved that you gave the fishy bird (or birdy fish) a little friend to keep it company. That touch was beautiful.
I know your work will be a comfort to others. I hope so sincerely that it is a comfort to you as well, and a strong step in your personal recovery journey. You're one of the good ones. Stay well.
