same here. i know my life has some potentional, but i feel like i will never reach anything close to it as i have way too many problems. i'm way too behind everyone else. cbt brings me a hopeful feeling, but i don't want to die yetIf you don't want to die, nothing says you have to die right now. I've kept my suicide on the back burner while I go through life... at the same time hedging my bets by researching methods and connecting with others in similar situations.
