I'm about to buy SN, but I don't think meto will work for me. I've been an opiate user and have taken meto several times because it makes me so nauseous and makes me vomit. I even went to the ER after taking heroin because I felt terrible, and even intravenous metoclopramide didn't help the nausea. I'm worried it might happen again with SN. If I take more and for a few days before, is it more likely to work? I also have quetiapine (Seroquel), which blocks dopamine. Maybe that will help?

Thanks

For me, metoclopramide does next to nothing for nausea caused by chemicals or illness. If you get nausea from an illness give it a go and see if it does anything.
I have found zofran really effective if you can find it

Meto really doesn't stop nausea or vomiting from SN ingestion. Everyone, or 99.9% of everyone, seemingly, will still vomit after SN ingestion even after taking meto. Its more important purpose is to hasten gastric emptying and move the SN more quickly into the intestinal tract, where it is absorbed into the system more efficiently.
