Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

i dont teally know where this belongs.. i hope it is good hear. i have a question. i am dealing with a very severe form of tinnitus and hyperacusis. last year in Dezember i was laying in hospital and was checking a lot of my body out because i was in constant pain of my gastritis. they found blood in my bladder and was urgenly telling me that needs to be checked because of a Tumor in my bladder. i have had the new spike [spikes making the tones louder] the first night after i was being at home and was running full panic Mode because i have had 2 worsenings in my 9 years dealing with this shit and this is the 3 permanent one..

yesterday as i was sleeping i felt sharp pain in my stomach. it has not subsided.. so i was googling. stomach pain is also a sign for bladder cancer. if it progresses.. it's been a month till they found it.. but.. i dont want to go to the doc kinda.. seems like this is my way out of here..

is this dumb? i dont know how painful cancer can be. right now it is only prevents me from sleep but that also does the tinnitus.. and.. tbh.. i have no Quality of life left.. it will be kind of a.. well.. good outcome..

Am i delusional?

You're not delusional. You're going through something incredibly hard rn and it can be really hard to see the way forward. I don't want to minimize the pain you're going through but it's important to keep in mind that stomach pain can be a common symptom of a lot of different things and is not necessarily a sign of cancer. It could be something much less serious like a stomach virus or even just stress and anxiety, though I do recommend seeing a doctor for that. It's understandable that you're feeling scared at the moment but you'll be making a permanent decision based on temporary feelings

I think it's quite common for people with ideation to leap to the conclusion they may be dying with any symptom that shows up. That's not to say it isn't something serious though- it may be but, like the above member says, pains in the abdomen could be due to lots of things.

I felt like my first gallstone attack might be a heart attack. There's also I think, the hope that whatever we might have may kill us quickly but then, that isn't the case always either.

I hate doctors so, it has to be excruciatingly bad for me to see one. But then, that isn't always the best idea. Things can cause us a great deal of drawn out pain without actually killing us.
