I don’ have enough patience to go thru SN process

There are many steps for SN for it to work. Maybe you can take a step back and think about what you want to do? It is not a good idea to act impulsively.

I've kinda come to the conclusion that I want N only. I'm not willing to compromise that and am willing to wait for it. Everything else sounds barbaric and nightmarish.

Throwing yourself in a meat grinder has less steps than a 2 day process and a bullet leaves the barrel in a fraction of a second. It takes time to do your research and make sure everything goes the way it should. Just a suggestion, but perhaps the fact you are so desperately seeking an 'immediate' method (and find even a 15 minute wait unbearable) means that you could actually still have genuine doubts about whether you truly want to die? And those doubts are surfacing the second you take a pause from things and allow yourself to think?

I disagree. N is painless and really quick. Fuck waiting 15-20min and feeling pain. Just get drunk, drink the shit, and go.

I was just going to use sn with antiemetics and that's it. I don't have any acid reducer or any other stuff, maybe you could be successful taking just the sn and antiemetic but I have heard it's a bit of a gamble

I think the SN and antimetic are the most important items.

Obviously N for those lucky enough to get it is far preferable to SN. Nobody is disagreeing there.

But I don't think we know enough about the OP's motivations to say whether they simply want the speed and comfort of the gold standard of suicide, or whether they are having genuine doubts per my suggestion.
