• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I diagnosed with diabetes type 2 today. I'm not old at all and in my 20s. I also take some antidepressants and antipsychotics(those have side effects that ur blood sugar increases)
So it can be bc of meds but I don't think so. I go to hospital on Thursday to examine more about my blood sugar ofc and my HbA1c is 7.9 lol so I think its over
Anyways I won't do ctb in near future but I know I'll eventually do it. Maybe in my 40s or smth.

Type 2 diabetes (seems) like it can be very easy to treat with simply a diet change.

Not to downplay or dismiss your reaction to the diagnosis, or anything.

Just that isn't necessarily the end of the world.
