The only person that has brought the slightest bit of joy into my life got added by a random guy and he said like "yeah take this and that flag out of your bio" and she said "yes just for you" and then changed it what should I do now please help am I in the wrong here but it really hurts

First step, stop monitoring whatever they do, it will only bring you pain even if it's a silly situation that you don't even know the full context.

If you go down this rabbit hole, you will start comparing every single aspect of your relationship to the one she has with this dude. It's not because she added another person and was joking around with them that she doesn't care about you.

Yes she know we are together for 7 months and she just moved away last month because she goes to a college in another country
I just love her and I don't understand if I mean anything to her, it started like this typical girl shit where she wanted to make me a bit jealous and then showed me the chat and that's just shit I don't know and I'm such a cuck I will probably let that slide because I love her

It'd be dumb to end the relationship or something like that over this, but suffering in silence is also bad. I think you can tell her in a reasonable way that she hurt you.
