I feel like I have some sort of undiagnosed mental illness because aside from feeling suicidal I have a high level of anxiety and sometimes I really struggle to process things but I'm afraid to say anything to anyone or pursue a diagnosis for fear of being labeled as odd. Anyone else in my shoes? It's miserable.

my brother just another me. honestly you just have to live with it (or ctb ig) because there's really no help from therapy or psychiatry that you can't get through common sense or online tbh. maybe if you have trauma or something therapy is helpful, but for general anxiety you can just look up coping skills online without paying a bunch of money. if you really want to pursue a diagnosis to understand yourself better that's fine, but try to look up and compare your symptoms so you have a better idea of what it could be.
