Tonight, I was using hydrogen peroxide to clean my ears out. Put it in a glass with water to dilute it a little. Put it in the bathroom, went off to do something else. Forgot. Came back and fucking drank it all. Wasn't even a suicide attempt, I wish. Now my throat is burning. I'm a dumbass.

Are you ok? Depending on how much you drank you may be ok. If your stomach hurts you may have to go to the hospital.

Oh my gosh, that sounds awful!! Don't be embarrassed, I once accidentally used my dog's eye drops because I thought they were mine.

I agree you should get some sort of assistance from someone with expertise. Either go to a hospital or at least call poison control. You can't be the first person to have done this, surely someone can tell you what to do. I imagine this is a situation that is likely to get more painful and cause irreversible long-term damage.

I hope you can get help with the pain soon.

The H2O2 you drank is only 3%. According to this, you should be ok (https://www.healthline.com/health/can-hydrogen-peroxide-kill-you#dangers)

Ingestion of 3 percent hydrogen peroxide can cause:
  • vomiting
  • nausea
  • irritation of your mouth, throat, and stomach
  • gastric distension
  • foaming at your mouth, from vomiting up oxygen bubbles that have formed in your stomach
  • internal burns, although this is an uncommon symptom for this dilution

I almost accidentally drank rubbing alcohol a few weeks ago. It's good you're ok and that there were no lasting effects.
