Discussion Hypothetical N Scenario

Say you successfully drank your N, didn't throw it up, fell unconscious and had 10-12 uninterrupted hours to die but you were discovered at hour 10 and rushed to the hospital. How do they treat N? Is it reversible? Are you a vegetable?

Unless you are very unlucky you shouldn't be alive after 10h. There are some stories about people surviving pentobarbital but most of them were found just minutes after ingesting it. The articles below are interesting and official but in the first one they aren't saying how long after ingesting the N the guy was found, at least it gives some infos about how they handle it.
