I looked all over but couldn't find a specific thread about how to pass out, I am assuming there is a full guide somewhere here. I just need to be able to shut my body and brain down, even if temporary.
whats the point if you'll wake up and it'll feel like no time has passed anyway? if you want to depress your systems, downers are the best way to do that. last hours and you actually feel that length of time where both are 'shut down.'
Because at least I can shut down, all I want is a brain break, AE if I'm having a meltdown or panic attack, then I can just shut myself down. I also really like the high on the edge of passing out.

ok but the "brain break" is going to feel the same as just blinking from one minute to the next because it's a loss of consciousness. how is that a break if you can't even register that you were unconscious/inactive at all? all you register is the waking, so it's instantaneous.
if what youre actually chasing is the feeling of presyncope or the after-effects, then downers are still the answer. otherwise you can just starve yourself (long term), dehydrate yourself (lt), or hyperventilate (short term).
hyperventilation is your best bet for passing out, especially for a panic attack. youll feel tingly and numb, and then lightheaded, keep going and youll pass out for a bit.
