I stood there on edge of my bed with the noose around my neck but couldn't take both my legs off. Tried lowering just one leg the rope tightened but I was scared that it would hurt so much. Did this for almost 1 hour but couldn't let go. Now I'm with a sore throat. Will try again after sometime.
