Help How to get SN?

I read a lot about the SN method. I am just wondering how to get SN in countries like Germany. I am scared that those websites are illegal and I also don't know which address I should have the package delivered to.
I fear I have to exclude that option.
I am thankful for any kind of answer.

The 'DSL' merchant will definitely ship to Germany. (This thread might help you find it).
I don't know of any other places that provide it.

It is highly unlike they monitor this website, but you could always use a VPN to visit and order if you are afraid of that.
I have not received the package myself yet, but fairly sure it will be a small package that fits in the mail.
There is always a risk they check the package at the customs, however I don't think it is classified as an illegal substance. (You would have to check the laws for Germany).
I think the worst that could happen is that they confiscate the package.
