So...this is now the second time I've been convinced I'm about to ctb, only to get sectioned before I get the chance to even try.

I'm looking for advice and tips - how can someone get better at acting like they're okay?
I'm too trusting with how much I tell my community nurse, I blame my autism, but it's probably just my naivety and trusting nature. Every time I get asked questions, even if I manage to shut my mouth, my face apparently gives it away, I can't win

Just smile and say YES to anything they say.
The better you behave, the faster you'll get out of there.

WIsh you the best, my friend!!

Hugs,

Matt

Dr: "so are you having any suicidal thoughts"
Me: "yes" *smiles*
Lol

It's like I feel compelled to speak my mind, no matter the consequences. I feel so strongly about being correct and making sure things are right, that I even do it when it'll work against me :(
