• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Hanging is a horrible way to go in my case. Not because of the pain, but because of the lack of good anchor points. So, without a way to go, I am forced to stay on this planet. I have slightly recovered, no longer crying constantly. However, I am sleepy. And I mean very sleepy. I sleep at every afternoon, in a somewhat fruitless sleep, sleeping in my normal clothes. How do I deal with constant sleepiness, despite getting well over 7-8 hours of sleep daily? And how to deal with suicidality?

I had the same problem and the only thing that definitely helped for me were meds (bupropion, it usually gives people more energy). Sometimes taking cold showers helped me short-term, also do blood tests to see if you don't have any vitamin deficiences (low b12 and low iron worsened the drowsiness for me). But generally speaking, as for me it was mostly a depression thing, what helped was "recovering" in general in other aspects and medications
