Very much wanting to CTB today but each day I've planned for this I've fallen apart due to nerves any advice or advice about my method SN that could be calming?
Also 02/02/2020 would be a really cool date to die

It's just a date for me but I don't personally know your significance for this number. Focus on calming your nerves first. I think you are unknowingly making yourself nervous about a date.

Generally what I do is every day I reflect a bit on my choice in the process, and every day I become more at peace with the decision. Basically mentally prepping for one's death well before actually taking action. If you don't want to take the Long Road you can always go with things like drugs and alcohol.

Best advice. Take your time or take something to impair your decision making. Just don't take so much you compromise your CTB.

Why does this matter?

Someone who meant a lot to me posed a similar question, how to overcome SI , nervousness or if you prefer, anxiety. When someone is finished with life yet loved life the answer to the question lies within the former , which is circumstances , each and every avenue had been searched to the point of exhaustion to which there is no respite , no relief which leads to only one conclusion, the bus stop . She asked " how do I overcome my anxiety," and I gave her the answer that she herself had formulated, that we were both on the same page .

Read between the lines to find your answer !

@MeltingHeart , I still miss you :heart:

^ That's a beautiful anecdote.

If I myself take SN I will take 10-15 mg of propranolol, and probably a small amount of a benzo for the mental anxiety. Having a partner will also likely help the two of us commit to CTB, but I would like to ensure we were both comfortable to go through with the act, even if we had to take some tranquilizers and a beta blocker.

Thank you for this beautiful response in her memory. As hard as it was an as weak as I'm feeling from not eating the past 24 hrs I decided I haven't exhausted every avenue I had a friend reach out to me right before I was going to take my 30 mg of antiemetic. I will keep this phrase to heart though as when it is time
