The most important factor in suicide by jumping is height. Stone2 states that jumping from 150 feet (46 metres) or higher on land, and 250 feet (76 metres) or more on water, is 95% to 98% fatal. 150 feet/46 metres, equates to roughly 10 to 15 stories in a building, depending on the height of one story. 250 feet is the height of the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco.
from https://lostallhope.com/suicide-methods/jumping-high-building/ seems like >46m should be more than enough, if you could get >50m it'd be way better though of course

Even if you are jumping from the top floor, I wouldn't recommend it.

It's too low, and if you land on your lower half, you'll most likely end up disabled or paralyzed.
I guess you are right, there are no high buildings in my city, I guess train is my only option then.

This is not probably high enough, it is apartment block I live in
I'd highly advise against it. You'd have to be extremely lucky/skilled to land on your head and die, otherwise it's more likely you'll end up either in extreme pain before dying or you'd be found and saved so.. Considering the snow on the ground too I suppose that'd make the fall a bit less fatal than going straight into concrete
