I just don't want to suffer in my last moments. And how much benzodiazepin do I need for this method?
We don't really know but some people here have attempted with the same or similar methods and basically said that it wasn't painful but there was some discomfort. For example, there will be burning in the throat / stomach. There may be a headache. Users here have tried or done this method without any type of Benzos at all, the dose depends on you but you can check the PPh for more details.

Cliff notes: If the SN is pure and you take the anti-emetic, there will be some discomfort, but it is bearable. Vomiting is common. Racing heart is common.
