I don't have access to the right antiemetics, just Dramamine which apparently won't work. Has anyone ever succeeded with SN without them? And how much more painful would it be?

I am in the same situation. I have SN but no antiemetics. So I am curious too.

When it comes to antiemetics and SN, anecdotal evidence from this site supports that, no matter what AEs you take and how much, you are going to vomit.

You're basically putting a poison in your stomach. At some point your body is going to eject it.

I've seen someone taking a smaller dose of SN along with the gold standard of AE, 30mg metoclopramide and 8g Ondanestron and still vomited.

I've also seen people CTB without any AE.

The goal of the AE is to keep the SN in your stomach long enough and speed gastric emptying , not prevent vomiting.

SN by itself is lethal; antiemetics or benzos aren't necessary, but if you have them, it's still better. A friend of mine only took benzos without taking antiemetics when he took his SN.

This question has been asked several times. There are accounts on this site of people succeeding with no medication at all. You will most likely vomit but you will probably still die.

Did they survive after vomiting? Vomiting is unavoidable but by my understanding it's not an automatic failure

What I would say is if you are able to get a 2nd prepared cup of SN down after you vomit the first, your chances of success are really quite high, as long as no one finds you prematurely and calls for emergency services.

Lots of people vomit even with AEs. I'd say the vast majority. Definitely have a second glass ready if you do but it's been successful without as well.

I was able to order meto from an Indian pharmacy to US with no problem, very cheaply at that. Just a longer delivery time, if you aren't in a hurry.
