How do you operate a nitrogen tank with a flow meter ?

1. Do you open the tank first or the flow meter ?

2. Is nitrogen flow meter with 32 scfh is the way to go?

3. Is the hose that you can buy with the flow meter good enough ?

I've figured out everything else I just need some answers
