Help How do you cut without a blade?

No seriously. I no longer have access to any sort of blades or knives. I'm at a point where I need to cut or I'll jump in front of the train tracks near school.

So, what do you use instead of blades?

When I was in the psychiatric ward, I would cut myself with broken plastic lids and put salt on the wounds. It is hard to break the skin this way, but it got me through some of the hardest weeks of my life.
