• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

    👉 View the ledger here

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Deep breaths may help... then:

There are a list of tips here for controlling anger, whether it is desire to claim lives, or desire to break items.

I'm not sure any of us are qualified to advise on this. Assuming you have spoken to 'professionals', what did they advise and, why doesn't it seem to help?

From a laypersons point of view- I'd say- identifying your triggers would be an initial step. What is it that triggers such hate and extreme anger towards people? Can you avoid those triggers? If you hate hearing about peadophiles say- you mentioned Epstein in another thread- can you avoid the news or, avoid looking for reports on people like this? Can you figure out what makes you calm and what makes you angry and try and steer away from your triggers?

Sometimes I think we have to try and avoid feeding our obsessions. I tend to suffer with limerence I believe- obsessive crushes on guys. So- the reverse really. Fairytale love rather than hate. But, it still screws me up. I have to be really strict with myself that- when I do start thinking about a person- I make myself stop.

Are you ok on your own? Is there anyway you can work from home if just being around people triggers you? I try to avoid all people now where I can. Not because I want to kill them. Simply that I don't like being around them!

I suppose ultimately though- if this could become a reality- could you create a safety plan? So that you contact someone if you feel like you may actually act on your thoughts.

I imagine you must have a great deal of pent up anger to be feeling this. Do you exercise regularly? That could help to release some of the tension.

I understand being this angry like not caring anymore and hating everything. Sometimes I feel suicidal rage and want to break shit and kill myself, but you should never take out your anger on someone else. It's terrible to take others with you into the grave, they're innocent people and have nothing to do with your circumstance. Yes, everything sucks I hate this shit too but keep it to yourself. I'd rather take out all my anger on myself and die than ever take it out on someone else.
