Help how do i know im doing FSH right?

i tried 'testing' it by wrapping a 12mm polypropylene rope in a restricting noose know around the base of my neck and then pulling it up. i get a really strange and uncomfortable sensation in my face. i feel dizzy afterwards. i heard testimony it took other about 10 seconds to pass out that way. it definetly took me more. how do I know I'm going it right?

I think the pressure you apply just with your arms is rarely enough, some people can do it but ultimately it's the pressure from your own bodyweight that shall do the trick

I don't know if this works for FSH, but socks on the front helped me to pass out quickly, one on each side of the Adams apple folded.

Can you do it with a lashing strap instead of a rope?
