how do i hang myself with a belt?

To be honest, I don't really know what i'm doing. I just want to end this without failing. I don't want to end up having brain damage. I have no access to a rope but i heard you could use a belt for this, I have this leather buckle belt with me I'm just not sure how to set it up
Help...
