4chan in late 2020. got recommended SN as a method for CTBing; did more research on SN and ended up here!

I have been here for quite a while, looking for methods to CTB, found it through 4Chan, but ended up failing, now I lurk, and am now trying to be more active.

I looked up general information about suicide and found an article about exit international and exit bags. Than I looked up information about exit bags and found a thread on this site. I am very happy that I found this. A lot of information and finally some people I can talk to about CTB. :)
(Luckily I use ecosia instead of Google ^^)

Mostly was Tantacrul. Stumble upon the vid watched the whole thing. He said people here forced other vulnerable people to CBT and it was a cult.

I thought that was horrible so I ecided to search for it lurked here for a while and it wasn't a cult at all or even forced cbt here.

I thought like: huh thats neat just people coping with life and mental illness into a small community no was forced into anything.

So I joined.

Hello everyone! I'm new here, only recently discovered this site a few days back and decided to register. Anyways, I'm curious as to how you guys ended up stumbling across this site. For me, I watched that one vid Tantacrul made and found the site via that way (Tbh, he doesn't do a great job of hiding the site,, i only had to search up a few keywords and it lead me here lol)

I wasn't sure what to expect when I got here. Comparing how Tantacrul painted this site,, to how it ACTUALLY is, is night and day. Tbh looking back in the vid, idk if it was all in complete good faith. Granted the vid is 3 years old now, so maybe things changed since then, idk. But alas, that's how I managed to discover this site. How did you guys find out abt SaSu?

For me some news reports in the country where I live which didn't name the site but linked to the New York Times which openly gave the sites name and identified SN. How stupid is that if they're trying to stop people finding out.

I think they ommited it later. Either that, or my memory is bad as hell. Lol

I viewed the subreddit before this forum and searched for it after it was banned and found this forum not long after it was created but didn't sign up at the time because I didn't know if I could trust it and I didn't think it could replace the subreddit. Later on I decided to make an account once there were more people.

I found this site from an article talking about how 'bad' this forum is. The UK is very misunderstanding I honestly just wanted somewhere to vent about how messed up my life is without people telling me to call a crisis hotline or watch a show to distract myself

I found this site after my daughter died by suïcide and mentioned it as being very helpful for her in a note. I found her posts and often come here to read them. I find them comforting, and they make me feel closer to her.

After fighting with some pro- lifers on r/suicide i got perma banned and had to Look for an alternative to reddit. I searched for CTB stuff on daunt (reddit on the dark web) and someone recommended this site. The site would've been blocked on the normal google browser and i probably would have just moved on and forgot about it, but luckily i was already using the brave browser which doesn't Block SS. I'm really happy to have found this site although i already had my method figured out before. I apreciate all of you.

i found out about this website the same way, i watched that video at a point where i felt like my life was pretty stable so i remember my first reaction to this website was a lot of shock but curiosity got to me and i managed to find my way here extremely easily as i was watching, since he didn't do a very good job of hiding it.

i ended up looking around for a little bit, then i never went back. fast forward a few years later, i started feeling myself spiraling pretty hard and i started lurking from time to time and now i'm here.
