I need Benzodiazepines for my SN attempt. How can I convince a therapist or a psychologist to prescribe it for me?

That really depends on where you live, your personal medical history, your history with the people in question etc..
I am myself in this situation where I need a therapeutic dose but instead of even bothering to try to get them legally perscribed, I'll just get them off the DN. If you buy a small amount once the risks are rather low. YMMV
