How do you non suspiciously tell someone in real life goodbye?
I don't want anyone to know I'm about to ctb but I would really like to say goodbye to people in person, especially knowing it's my last time talking to them.

Hm. I reckon what would work for me might not work for someone with more friends, a larger/closer family and/or people who are actually paying attention.

Do the people you want to say goodbye to know (or suspect) you're pondering suicide? Can you effectively pretend you've found a job or scholarship abroad?

Best be careful because that person you're saying good bye to in a discrete way may pick up something by their gut instinct.

See I was thinking about this recently too.. my best friend.. I kinda want a way to say goodbye but without her really knowing it's a goodbye. But then I thought about it and when ctb she will probably replay our last conversation in her mind and I'd hate for her to think she should have noticed and that she could have done something to stop me.. I'd hate for her to feel guilty! (But I am a massive over thinker and am probably overthinking this..) for what it's worth I agree with @Kumachan. :)
