I weigh 70 kg and as of now I have found 4 options:

1. wooden climbing bar

2. one of the metal protrusions that secure the wooden bars to the wall (i know it seems narrow but i know a way of it making work as an anchor point)
IMG 4874
3. the safety railings at the top of a bunk bed (can't get a picture of them now so here's an image of ikea) although i don't know about this one because I don't think it's elevated enough from the ground for it to be able to work for FSH so maybe it's more of a PS anchor point

Please tell me which one you think would be the most reliable given my pretty average body weight.

The wooden climbing bar doesn't look like it would hold very long. When you're climbing it, you're distributing your weight to different locations, which in turn, keeps it from breaking. Once all your weight is confined to one area, then the breaking point is greater.

The metal anchor point would be better, unless(you knew that was coming, didn't you😄) the anchor point has a weak spot connection on the wall, or on the climbing bar. Take in consideration that your body will be fighting SI, and you will be bouncing (flopping) around, which could lead to failed anchor point(s).

It's a hard call for the bunk bed. It can be done, you will just have to experience with different techniques.

I appreciate the point you made with the wooden climbing bars.

Visually at least I think the metal anchor point looks sturdy enough to hold my weight but i can't really know for sure unless I test it. any ideas on how I would go about testing it?

And finally the bunk bed: I'm 100% positive it can hold my weight the only problem is it being too low as I mentioned.

To test it, tie the rope to the anchor point, grab the rope and pull your feet off the floor. That will put all your weight on that point. While you're testing that, kind of jerk your weight around as if you're trying to break free. That will give you an idea how sturdy the point is.

As you mentioned above about bunk bed, you may have to do PS. The problem with that is, your feet are closer to the floor, and when your body goes into SI mode, without realizing it, you could stand up, causing a fail.
