Not sure if there is some restriction on search due to your time here but thats your best bet to get it right. Connectors are different per country I believe.

A one 5 Lt tank compressed with 600 litres shoud be enuogh. Best place to buy the Nitrogen is at a wellding supplier shop. You must get a regulator + flow meter (in one device) and set it to 15 Lt/min flow. This shoud be enough for well above 20 minutes required for a peacful CTB. This device with a 2 to 3 meter pipe can be bought online. Last component- you will need to prepare is an exit bag, easiest way is to make it out of an oven roasting bag. You must find a location where you can be seated for 20 minutes, best if you can secure yourself like a seat belt in a car seat.

You'll definitely want to read this thread. Don't forget the tube should be taped up so that the gas comes out at the top of the bag, so it's at the opposite end of where any remaining oxygen or carbon dioxide exits. The gas comes in from the top & helps push everything else down and out. And don't forget to ask and make sure that the gas is pure and not mixed with oxygen.

was just curious. in all the pics i see of set-ups it seems they are only using a t-vavle and not regulator/flow meter? im doing helium btw, not nitrogen.

can i get by with just a t-valve?

im havin trouble finding all of this online

I never seen a configuration with a t valve. Can yo provide a link to a photo on this site? Any way with out a regulator and flow meter it will be hard to controll the flow rate wich is crutial for maintainig flow that will not rip of the bag or to high for maintainig at least 20 of minutes of flow to achive CTB.
