I don't really have the option of a complicated helium set up. Would it work if I just had a helium canister, a pipe to attach and a trash bag?

I've wondered a few times if a smaller draw string trash bag would do the job. Seems like it would do the jobs. Depending on how much helium you, I wouldn't recommend a standard kitchen trash bag. Not sure how things are where you live, but in the States the helium sold places like party stores aren't pure enough for CBT.
If I taped the pipe to the side of the small trash bag and opened the canister? I don't live in the USA and the party store helium says 99.99% helium so idk. I'm really desperate because I don't wanna have to go through the process of hanging

I think if you could get a tube like a water hose would be better than a pipe. The biggest problem I would worry about is the bag staying on once you pass out and possibly convulse. I'm no expert on this method but I'm sure some people with more knowledge than me will chime in. Also check out the megathread on this methodSimilar threads
