"Any" would be someone giving you erroneous advice. Typically air has something like 20% oxygen. Most of the impure inert gas mixtures have the same, to make death near impossible for lots of reasons... You need oxygen to breathe, of course, and you don't want excess expelled CO2 building up to kick off your body's natural instincts against starting for air.
If you can get your hands on "pure" helium like you mentioned, you should be way ahead of the curve necessary.
