I live in Florida and the temperatures are rising high quickly and is currently in the 90s. I know it may not be the best way, but how efficient would it be to sit in my hot car without it running and get a heat stroke? Will I die? Will I pass out? Will I just be dehydrated? I thought about putting a bag over my head to help suffocate me
Thoughts and ideas?

It all depends on how much fluid you drink and the temperature inside the car before you decide to do such a thing. The less you drink, the faster you will dehydrate, which can lead to a rather painful seizure. If after all that, you can still stand the discomfort, then your body(organs) will start to fail and your brain will swell, leading to unconsciousness and ultimately death.

it is definitely a harrowing way to cbt, think of something better and less painful:)
