Started reading this yesterday and it's like a punch in the gut. Like someone from this forum wrote a book our this phenomenon we're all struggling with here. I'm not sure whether or not to continue. Has anyone read it? Any thoughts on it?

Yes it was one of the best/hardest books I've ever read! I really recommend you continue it but only if youre in a good headspace, it can be quite triggering tbh.

I read it. Kind of lost interest halfway through. But worth checking out.

Yes, I've read it and I think it's pretty good. If you can, I'd definitely recommend finishing it.
