I wish you peace, place the noose above your adamsapple and the knot on the back side in the middle of your neck. Tighten the noose and then step off slowly from your chair. Before stepping off i'd press my body down so that I'll get already nearly unconscious then it will be even less than 10-15sec until you'll be unconscious.

I'm so severely brain damaged from the damn psyche med I was put on that I'm too stupid to even figure out how to tie a knot.
I don't think the rope I have is thick enough and partial is probably my only choice. I've thought about ligature.
