What songs hit you hard?
These songs makes me cry almost everytime I hear them.

I didn't know - Skinshape
Lookin' for a home - Al Kooper, Shuggie Otis
Cold little heart - Michael Kinawuka
Chiquitita - ABBA
Landslide - Fleetwood Mac
Forever Young - Bob Dylan
Something about us - Daft Punk
For once in my life - Stevie Wonder
Dead Body - Chet Faker
Drive - Alan Jackson
Coward of the county - Kenny Rogers
When you're gone - The Cranberries

Musical taste all over the place. But that sadness is across them.

Hit me with your emotional songs, trying to feel be emotional while being miserable.

Have A Nice Life - There Is No Food
It genuinely sounds like living on a moon-base, drowning in despair at realizing there truly is no food left, and feeling the desperation finally run out in totality of your grim fate. I'm currently obsessed with this track, but the entire Deathconsciousness album, plus most of Have A Nice Life's discography is just genuinely the untouched GOAT of soul-crushing music imo. I've been obsessed with them for a while now, and they've made me feel so heard at my lowest most isolated moments.

Duster - Travelogue
First heard it on the bus ride back home from University for the first time. Feels like the melancholy of leaving behind a grim memory, and still feeling profound pain like it was some part of you that you left behind. I also have a selection of premium Duster tracks, so you should check more of his work if ur into this.

Slowdive - Sleep
An unreleased masterpiece of shoegaze, the kind of bittersweet goodbye to the passion of your youth. I remember being 16 and being scared shitless and horrified of the prospect of becoming an adult lol. I have tons of other shoegaze recs if you like this one!

Latvian folk song - Pūt Vējiņi
I literally just sat and cried through this one again.
