SN is not a drug and it is widely used by humans other than suicide and it is not a addictive so no point in banning SN, maybe it will be restricted but it will be available to everyone

So this would mean that the more unrestricted SN is to public consumption in some countries, the less likely the hospitals have cases of SN and won't know what to do so even if someone is found, doesn't mean they'll receive prompt medical attention.

Yeah, it's kind of weird, but I guess not lots of people use it anyways. Either that or governments don't want to do anything.

it'd be fair to say it's a bit of both, the governments don't care because well, politicians are negligible and care very little about a problem that's not a detriment to thier own life and accumulated power. Yeah, outside of labs, not a lot of people use SN privately because some don't know what it is nor don't care. It's a good thing the SN I will get is from a Lab supplier in my country.
