ah okay ill do thatYou might want to try adding some padding to your rope. You should be able to close off the carotids without much pressure on the front of your neck. I had a bit of pressure on the front of my neck and a slight urge to gag but I was also wearing a bite-guard that was probably a tiny bit too big for my mouth. Trying taking slow, deep breaths through your nose to help with the urge to gag. Also do not drink an entire bottle of NyQuil.
