If your options were only one of those 3 options which would you choose and why?

Also which one do you think would take the longest?
Which one do you think would have the least amount of suffering?

I would really appreciate any input.

tourniquet does seem best for comforting factor , but I think it can be risky one actually I would do tourniquet instead of my planning of doing partial because of that comforting factor but problem is reliability, involuntary convulsions could loosen noose or am I wrong? What to do to prevent that factor? You can basically release from it and you can end up as vegetable thats worst case scenerio. If I have 100 % certainity that I will die from method I choose then it would be tourniquet because it can be done everywhere without almost any equipment.

Suffering factor ? Hmmm Probably if done right it goes in this order tourniquet>partial>full because of weight applied to neck area. But reliability goes probably the opposite full>partial>toruniquet
