I wish there were more non benzo options. My doctor only gave me the smallest amount of Xanax and is so hesitant with the "harder" meds it's annoying. Wish there were more easy to acquire calming options.

You should probably make this a bit clearer in your post. If one person interpreted it as "test the SN before your CTB" (DONT DO THIS!!), other's might too

Yeah I thought this too that they were talking about SN then realized they meant testing Xanax out

J'aimerais qu'il existe plus d'alternatives aux benzodiazépines. Mon médecin ne m'a prescrit qu'une faible dose de Xanax et hésite tellement à prescrire des médicaments plus puissants que c'en est agaçant. J'aimerais qu'il existe des solutions calmantes plus faciles à obtenir.

Oui, j'ai pensé la même chose : qu'ils parlaient de SN, puis j'ai compris qu'ils faisaient des essais sur le Xanax.

Benzos have terrible side effects. Do not add to your suffering. One word: akathisia. There is another one BIND. Take them at your own risk. They've e destroyed my life. Thanks mom.
