Finally have a date

Thursday, 21st. I have therapy pretty much every Thursday, so my little scheme should work out.

I checked my partner's work schedule and he's working till 4pm that day. If I schedule a session for 4 and I don't show then my therapist will try to call me. If I don't pick up -given I've been expressing some suicidal ideation, just enough to vent- I'll end up with a welfare check. It takes my partner about 15-20 to get back from work, which should be enough time for my therapist to make a call and cops/ems to get to my place before he does.

Of course, I'll give myself more than enough time to be certainly dead. Seems like it should work better than my idea of texting 988 in advance.
I'm sure it seems convoluted and overly complicated to anyone else, but beyond the sketchy time window, it's feasible at the least.

What method are u choosing? So ur time-window is from around the moment your partner leaves for work to 4pm, and I assume you don't want to have ur partner find u first?

Modified night-night. Ideally he comes home to ems who can help him deal with the stress and what to do next as opposed to being alone with it all.
