Final Exit chapters

Is there any link to view or read the Final Exit book any where? What I find is usually torrents from sites I am unfamiliar with, and thus have to assume unsafe.

I just got a bum link notice from safari when i tried to open that @Deafsn0w
Do you know if this a crap osx issue if others can reach the page?
