In a constant state of confusion

So I've been severely depressed for a few months, been in a mixed state for a few weeks and now I feel like I'm completely going insane. It's as if all my feelings were taken from me and now I got them back but all at once and as extreme as possible. I've been drunk constantly the past week, punching walls, about to CTB twice, crying, laughing at everything. I never experienced this before, usually I'm just overly productive during my highs. I don't know what to do. I don't want to CTB on impulse and what if I go out in public again. It's hard to supress, isn't it? It's not just euphoria anymore, feels horrible actually, way too much to handle. Can anyone relate?

I've been on zoloft for a about week consistently. It's honestly helped keep things stable. I would talk to your doctor.

This happened to me before, was on a strong med and came off it cause it was makin me sick...

Anyway, all the feelings that were blocked hit me at once. Looking back I just needed some time to process it, some space. I didn't get that at the time. I know getting space is hard now in lockdown but anything you can do to just breathe through it. It will pass, it's like a storm. Go easy on yourself
